"G. Gautama is the Director Secretary of Palar Chennai of Learning, Krishnamurti Foundation India, overall responsible for the Pathashaala school and the Outreach programmes. He has been Principal, The School KFI, from 1991-2009 and encouraged and been responsible for structural and pedagogical change in Junior, Middle and High school with special attention to teacher empowerment. During this period The School's administration was streamlined and finances strengthened substantially. His central concerns have been "Exploring if human beings, in working together, can do better than the sum of their weaknesses.... Can intelligent decisions be made consistently by individuals and groups, teams and what it takes to do this?
